Practicing past tense is the best way to be consistent with it.
Try following these simple tips:
- Keep a journal of every activity like your hobbies, sports, etc. and every night remember to write about it. Don't forget to use past tense and be careful with the tenses.
-Write about your past experiences, such as "your last vacation", "your high school memories", "your last christmas". This also helps you to organize your ideas and thoughts.
